Buckeye, Arizona is one of the fastest growing cities in North America.  St. Henry Parish's current facilities are quickly becoming too small and outdated for the growth expected by 2015.

The parish owns a site in an undeveloped area of Buckeye.  This design for all new construction incorporates a 900 seat church, parish offices, classrooms, maintenance building and rectory, in a traditional southwestern mission style.  Both of the past and for today, the complex was designed to take full advantage of passive cooling techniques in the harsh desert climate, as well as meet traditional formal arrangements as suggested by St. Carlos Borromeo in his influential Instructiones, on the design of Catholic Churches.

This project is currently in fundraising.  For more information, see the parish's fundraising site.
